1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between POWDR (hereinafter "SELLER") and customers (hereinafter "CUSTOMER") concluded through the webshop http://www.gopowdr.com.
Product displays are non-binding invitations to order. A contract is concluded once the SELLER accepts the order by delivering the goods.
2. Changes to Terms
The SELLER reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated in advance and are only valid with CUSTOMER consent.
3. Ordering Process
CUSTOMERS can add products to the cart and place orders by providing contact and payment details.
By completing an order, the CUSTOMER acknowledges these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The contract language is English.
4. Storage of Contract Text
Contract details are stored and confirmed via email. Terms can be viewed at www.gopowdr.com/policies/terms-of-service
5. Right of Withdrawal
CUSTOMERS may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons, provided the product is unopened.
To exercise this right, send an email within 14 days of receipt to info@gopowdr.com.
6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* Opened or used supplements;
* Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
* Perishable goods.
7. Returning Products
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of withdrawal notification. Return address is provided upon request. Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER.
8. Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
9. Payment Terms
The SELLER accepts payment methods offered at checkout, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
10. Discount Vouchers and Usage
Discount vouchers are valid for a limited time and single use only, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Gift Vouchers and Redemption
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed through the webshop account.
12. Gift Offers
Gift promotions require a minimum purchase amount and may be withdrawn if orders are canceled or returned.
13. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days in Europe and 1-2 business days within the Netherlands, unless otherwise stated.
14. Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
15. Retention of Title
Ownership remains with the SELLER until full payment is received.
16. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
17. Customer Account
CUSTOMERS may create accounts and must provide accurate information. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited.
18. Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to POWDR’s Privacy Policy at http://www.gopowdr.com/privacy.
19. Dispute Resolution
The SELLER does not participate in consumer arbitration procedures.
20. Final Provisions
Dutch law applies, except where mandatory protections of the CUSTOMER’s country take precedence.
Pre-order Information – POWDR
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
What is a pre-order?
You’re purchasing an item that’s not yet in stock. Your order reserves the product in advance.
Delivery timeframe
Pre-orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 months. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s dispatched.
Delivery delays
If we can’t deliver within 3 months, we’ll notify you with a new estimate. You may cancel for a full refund.
Refunds for delays
If you cancel due to delay, you’ll receive a full refund (including any fees) within 14 days via your original payment method.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel anytime before shipping. After shipping, our regular return policy applies.
